Last Days in the Maddock Public School

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Well the count down is amost over for school to be done. I have really appreciated all the help throughout the years from all the teachers in High School. I have enjoyed all the teachers that I’ve had over the years and have learned alot. I have one of the greatest opportunities by being a student of the Maddock Public School. Every teacher has taught me so many things I can take on to college.

Thanks for everything!

Class of 2008*

Monday, May 19th, 2008

It’s hard to believe that I am graduating from high school in less then a week. It’s the day i’ve been thinking about my whole life and it’s finally here. I’m excited to move on and start new things next year. But I still get sad when I think about next year, it’s going to be weird not seeing these people everyday. I know everyone in our class are going to accomplish great things. Even though we will all be going in our different directions next year, I know we will always remain friends~

Senior Year

Monday, May 19th, 2008

The end is finally here and i’ve had a lot of fun this past year. I’m ready to move on to bigger and better things. There are exciting futures for 16 people in the class of 2008. I’ve been in Maddock for 10 years now. And those years have gone by awfully fast. I am going to miss so many people next year. And I wish luck to next year’s seniors in their attempt at trying to be as cool as teh class of 2008!

Class of 2008

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Well graduation is in only a few days..and I’ve got many mixed emotions. I am so excited to finally be graduation after 13 years of this school! But at the same time I’m really sad to think that I’m not going to be seeing these people every day like I usually do. I’ve made so many memories with so many people and I’m going to miss them all alot next year. Time has gone so fast. It feels like it was yesterday when we were sitting in Mrs. Risovi’s seventh grade English class. We’ve had alot of good times and I have no doubt in my mind that everyone is going to succeed after graduation. I know this week seems so crazy with all the school work, graduation, and open house things that need to get done, but I hope you just stop to take a second and think this is it. This is your last week of high school. Make the most of it. Have fun with your friends because it’s going to be gone soon. So I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope we all keep in touch!

Shazbot Nanoo Nanoo

Friday, May 16th, 2008

Well it seems like only yesterday when I first started Kindergarten. And now the class of 2008 is here to graduate. Time has been swift, like a building wind across the plains. 13 years gone, just like that. I’m not really sure what to write for a “final” blog. Just that i’m glad to be moving forward in life instead of not moving at all.
So in the words of Bon Scott…
Shazbot Nanoo Nanoo…

Almost Done

Friday, May 16th, 2008

Well, school is almost done.  I can’t believe it’s time for graduation.  Iv’e had a lot of fun throughout the years, especially these past few.  I’m gonna miss the teachers and everybody that I’m used to seeing everyday.  I just hope that next years seniors have as much fun as we did this year, and they better keep on the tradition of Tag.

The Fourth Quarter Begins

Thursday, March 27th, 2008

On March 31st the final quarter of the school year begins. This is exciting news for some, and not so exciting news for others. The Senior class of 2008 will now get to begin their senior priviliges of getting to leave the school campus during their study halls. I know the seniors are anxiously awaiting their last days of high school, only 40 (approx. 8 weeks)  left after today!  :)

Say “Buh-Bye” to the Snow!!!

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

If anyone has been outside this past week, you probably have noticed that the white substance on the ground seems to be disappearing. This means summer is almost here. And i’m sure that it will be before you know it. During this past week the temperature has grown increasingly from upper 30’s to as high as around the 50’s. This heat wave has caused a trememdous amount of snow to melt, which has become a great deal of fun for kids who like to jump in the puddles. If this heat wave keeps up, the snow will be gone in no time and it might finally be short-sleeve weather!!! Aren’t you excited?
