I add my congratulations and pleasure at the excellence and contribution of the youth involved in the Oratorical contest on Saturday. Just to mention that Andy and Jenna will advance to the State level contest to be held in Dickinson, ND on February 9. Two from the Eastern Division, Andy and Jenna, and two from the Western Division will compete for scholarships, cash and the opportunity to attend the National Competition in Indianapolis, IN.
